1. Introduction
Welcome to The Keepsake Studio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at keepsakestudio.co.uk and the services we provide ("Services"). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. About Us
The Keepsake Studio is a London-based boutique photo booth and keepsake service for weddings, events, and celebrations across the UK. We bring a professional photo booth experience and create handmade acrylic photo magnets, photo keyrings, and glitter polaroids on the night — designed for guests to take home and keep.

3. Our Services
We provide photo booth and keepsake services for events including weddings, baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, and other celebrations. Our service tiers and what each includes are described in detail on our website.
We reserve the right to modify our service offerings, packages, and pricing at any time. Any changes will apply to bookings made after the change date and will not affect bookings already confirmed.
4. Bookings and Payments
4.1 Securing your booking
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Until the deposit is received, your date is not confirmed.
4.2 Final payment
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
4.3 Payment methods
We accept payment by bank transfer. Bank details will be provided on your booking invoice.
5. Cancellations and Changes
All cancellations or changes must be communicated to The Keepsake Studio in writing (by email to thekeepsakestudio8@gmail.com) as soon as possible. The cancellation timeline below is calculated from the date we receive your written notice.
5.1 Cancellation by you
Cancellations 6 or more weeks before the event date: The deposit may be transferred to a new event date within 12 months, subject to availability. Once transferred, the new date is final.
Cancellations less than 6 weeks before the event date: The deposit is forfeited and not transferable.
Cancellations less than 2 weeks before the event date: The full balance is forfeited and not refundable.
5.2 Cancellation by The Keepsake Studio
In the rare event we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, equipment failure, etc.), we will refund any payments in full or, where possible, reschedule to a mutually agreed alternative date.
5.3 Communication
We strongly encourage open communication if any issues arise with your booking. Where possible, we will always try to find a solution that works for both parties before any cancellation fees apply.
6. Image Rights
By booking The Keepsake Studio, you grant us permission to use photos taken at your event for marketing purposes including our website, social media, and portfolio.
If you do not wish for your event to be featured, please notify us in writing at least 2 weeks before your event date.
7. Use of Our Website
By accessing our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Use the website in any way that breaches any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, server, or any related systems
Use the website to transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from our website without our written permission
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, designs, and branding — is owned by The Keepsake Studio and protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our written permission.
Photographs and keepsakes produced during events remain the intellectual property of The Keepsake Studio. Clients receive the right to use these images for personal use only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Keepsake Studio's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific event in question.
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as venue issues, weather, illness, equipment failure, or other force majeure events)
Delays or failures caused by you or third parties (such as venues, vendors, or guests)
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our services where caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, transport disruptions, venue closures, equipment failures, illness, or any other unforeseeable circumstances.
In such events, we will work with you to reschedule where possible or provide a fair resolution.
11. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and The Keepsake Studio, we both agree to first attempt to resolve it through informal negotiations. You agree to contact us in writing at thekeepsakestudio8@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days to attempt resolution.
If we cannot resolve the dispute through informal negotiations within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration. Arbitration will take place in London, United Kingdom, in the English language.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process above will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when changes were last made. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
