All packages include setup, a styled booth and a real maker on hand throughout. Add-ons available on any package. Mention them when you enquire and we'll include them in your quote.

Send us an enquiry through our contact form. We'll respond within 24 hours with availability and a personalised quote. Once you're ready, a 25% deposit secures your date.

Greater London is included in all packages. We travel beyond London at £1.20/mile, billed on top of your package price.

Our setup needs roughly 3×3 metres for the booth, lighting, and keepsake production area. The Signature and Heirloom backdrops need an additional 2×2 metres of space.

Magnets and key rings are produced and handed out throughout the event — guests take them home the same night. Polaroids are decorated and dried at the polaroid station.

Yes — branded keepsakes (couple's names and event date printed on every photo) are included with The Signature and The Heirloom. It's available as a £50 add-on for The Essential.

Let us know at least 2 weeks before your event. We can add extra magnets, key rings, or polaroids as add-ons. Reductions don't change the package price.

Final guest count, theme/colour palette, and pre-event keepsake photos (for The Signature and The Heirloom) are needed 2 weeks before your event.

Yes — we need access to standard mains power for the booth, printer, and lighting. Most venues have this covered. We bring extension cables.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations 8+ weeks before the event can transfer the deposit to a new date subject to availability. Cancellations less than 8 weeks before the event forfeit the deposit.
